WC Schools uses ParentSquare as our district communication platform. Since beginning the program 3 1/2 years ago, our district usage now includes teacher/classroom/school communication, payment options, direct messages, a variety of groups, field trips, the calendar, links, and much more!

Here are a few reminders about ParentSquare:

• ParentSquare syncs with Infinite Campus every night. This allows quick access for our new families.

➡️ If your cell number and/or email are incorrect in Infinite Campus, you will not receive ParentSquare notices.

‼️ Please contact your home school or private message this page to update your email and/or phone number.

• Students in grades 6 - 12 receive updates when 'students' are marked to receive updates.

• Weather updates are relayed using ParentSquare alerts.

➡️ This includes a text message, an app notification, an email, and a voice call, if needed.

➡️ The notifications are prioritized so you do not receive all 4 notifications (a ParentSquare recent update). Text and app messages are the quickest way to notify.

The WCHS Academic Team participates in League Play with the Pennyrile Academic Association. This includes competing in quick recall, written assessments, composition, and Future Problem Solving.

Teams and individuals from the following districts compete: Henderson, Daviess, Madisonville, McLean, Hancock, Grayson, Breckenridge, Butler, Muhlenberg, and Russellville.

This year, two WCHS seniors placed in the Top 5. Carson Hill (left) placed 4th in Varsity Social Studies, and Shlok Patel (right) placed 4th in Varsity Math. Congratulations!

The WCMS Academic Team came in first overall, a feat that hasn't happened in 5 years. The overall score was 46.5, and McLean, a very tough team, finished 2nd with 40.5 points.

A team from WC ATC competed at the Caldwell Regional Career Center Welding on Friday. Congratulations to Trycen Guinn for earning 3rd place honors! Well done, WC ATC!
